NBA Elite Team established since May 2023. This Elite Team designed to develop potential and committed students in dancing, and training for local and international regions competitions such as soloist, duo/trio, ensembles or troupe in different dance genre of Ballet, Lyrical and/or Contemporary dance.

The Elite Competition Team (ECT), is an intensive programme focusing and establishing strong foundations and advanced level ballet techniques, flexibility and conditioning, as well as build up strong body and mindset to prepare for competitions and masterclasses.

What is the Elite Competition Team?

NBA Elite Team having the privilege to compete in both local and international competitions. NBA Elite Team will have the priority in performances, workshops and / or masterclasses. In the Elite class, it helps students establish strong foundations and advanced level Ballet Techniques. Elite students will also trains in flexibility and body conditioning.

Enhance different ballet technique and embrace new challenges

Only dancers of the Elite Competition Team are eligible to participate in pre-professional competitions.
Dancers of the Elite Competition Team are not allowed to represent / join any other dance schools or societies at auditions, classes and competition(s) for the following genres: Classical Ballet (Repertoire), New Ballet Creation / Choreography Ballet, Neoclassical Ballet, Contemporary Ballet, Modern Ballet, Modern Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz or Demi Character.
The Elite Competition Team cycle is from November to end of October of the following year.
